The Stated Meeting
of the Synod of the Sun begins
Noon - Tuesday, Oct. 19
and will conclude at
3 pm - Wednesday, Oct. 20
Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.

A few things you NEED
TO KNOW:

Because
of limited accommodation space, only those with
medical conditions will be granted a single occupancy room.
Please state your medical condition when registering online.

Those
bringing spouses will likely be housed just outside of the
Ferncliff campus. So please, register your spouse
separately if you plan for him/her to come along!

Ferncliff
is a camp with quality accommodations. Dress is casual and good walking shoes are
a necessity. There will be a cart available for
those with mobility issues.

The
offering taken on Oct 19 will go to
Solar Under the Sun (50%) and Ferncliff Camp
Scholarships (50%), please
come prepared to contribute as you are able with checks made
out to the Synod of the Sun, memo: offering.

There
will be a sign up sheet for Solar Under the Sun tours
at registration.

Airport
transportation will be provided by Ferncliff based on the
information provided by you with your registration. A
shuttle schedule will be provided in your packet.
