If you are flying into San
Antonio: The Cambria Suites runs an airport
shuttle every 30 minutes from 5 am - 11 pm. Please hop the
shuttle to the hotel regardless of your arrival time. A
member of the Synod staff will be in the lobby of the hotel
to assure your transportation to Beacon Hill Presbyterian
Church. (Please be sure and thank the members of the church
that are assisting with our transportation needs)

If you are driving into San
Antonio: We will be asking everyone who has a
vehicle to assist with transportation from the church back
to the hotel after vespers on Monday night, as well as to
Trinity University and to the airport at the conclusion of
the meeting. Your assistance helps to keep the cost of our
meeting as low as possible and increases your opportunities
for fellowship with fellow commissioners. Thank you in
advance for your assistance and cooperation.

Tuesday morning BREAKFAST:
There is a full service restaurant in the
hotel - However, for everyone staying at the Cambria
Suites and attending the Synod meeting
a continental breakfast is being provided by the hotel in
the Crockett/Davis Meeting Room of the hotel. The
Synod will NOT be reimbursing for breakfast in the
hotel restaurant or other establishment.
