The purpose of this gathering is to offer a time for the leadership in the Synod of the Sun to look at the actions of the June General Assembly and consider any implications, interpretation and implementation to be done.

This event is an opportunity for the Synod and our 11 presbyteries to bring up to 5 persons per presbytery and synod. Presbyteries may want to choose leaders serving as presbytery moderators, chairs of councils, COM chairs, presbytery execs, staff or stated clerks.

Travel will be reimbursed to the fullest extent possible. Synod will cover the cost of room (double occupancy) and board for the event.
